Volunteers Team Up To Build Richmond Community Playground

Today, more than 200 volunteers from Target, the City of Richmond, Richmond Friends of Recreation, and residents of the Richmond community along with organizers from KaBOOM! teamed up to build a new community playground at Wendell Park.
